Insurance & Financial Information

We are a fee-for-service practice and are considered out-of-network with all insurance plans. This means we do not participate in any dental insurance networks.

We are happy to submit claims on your behalf, but please note that because we are not an in-network provider, there are limitations to the assistance we can offer. If your plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may still receive reimbursement directly from your insurance company. We’ll make sure you have the documentation needed for that process.

What to Expect

  • No Surprises: We will walk you through the estimated cost of any proposed treatment before moving forward
  • Claim Support: Claims are submitted for you, but we cannot guarantee any reimbursement, but will provide documentation with proper treatment codes.
  • Clear Communication: We’re always available to help clarify the paperwork you receive from your insurance company
